NSCAN is not validating the tickets/barcode automatically

Hey,

We just bought two new scanners since the older ones were damaged. When we installed the NSCAN application and started scanning tickets, the scanner was able to read the barcode and then we have to hit "Go" in order to validate the ticket. Once the ticket is validated, we have to delete the previously scanned barcode and scan a new ticket again. This was not how we did with the old scanners. Once we scan the barcode, it validated the tickets automatically and when we scanned the new ticket, the barcode on the application was replaced and a new barcode would appear on the screen.

Are we missing anything here?

The NSCAN version we are using is 6.0.9.0

The scanner is ZEBRA TC70x
