Fighting Chargeback Tickets

When you lose a chargeback dispute, how can i resell the ticket while releasing the money from the show?

    In case you haven't arrived at a solution for this yet, I thought I would offer an option. It sounds like the credit card was refunded outside of Tessitura. If that's the case, you could create a new payment method called something like Chargeback. Use the payment type of Other, and grant security access to the payment method for the appropriate user groups. (If desired, you can remove the access after the transaction is finished.) Then return the seats according to the normal process for your organization, and refund the money to the Chargeback payment method. This will open up the seats for resale, release the money from the show, but won't double-refund the customer. It's a good practice to leave notes on the order(s) and the payment when you do a special process like this.
