I've been reading and doing some testing before I build my new season and this will be the first time we try a super package. I understand you cannot rollover into a facility that has no previous events. Is there a workaround for this? What's the easiest way to use the super package with one of the facilities being brand new?

We did used a super package for the 2019 season, also with a brand-new venue. We had to create a dummy event, since you cannot have an unseated event in your super pack. Creating a dummy event, seating every subscriber is labour intensive especially if you have multiple different super packs and all include the new venue, because you will have to create for every different super pack a dummy event, seat everyone etc.
It is very important that you are able to identify the different subscribers you have (for example difference between full price paying subscriber and a concession or youth. So, a tip is to use multiple different price types all set on $0 of course).
When seating the dummy event, it is important that you keep seating requests (aisles, wheelchairs, stairs, etc.) and relationships between patrons (subscriber companions) into account, with of course price zones etc. This is why the process of seating the dummy event will cost a lot of time.
