We are going to be implementing online renewals this year (our second renewal season on Tessitura), and I mostly want to make sure I understand the logic correctly. The documentation states that the default Sub MOS for TNEW must be the same that the rollovers use, so we were planning on using our regular "Subscriptions" MOS, which would be the same one that the box office would use to process orders in person and over the phone.
I would just use that same one for the web sub MOS, correct? That way people could access their renewal online via TNEW or the box office could process their order. It seems straight forward, but this is our first year doing everything after implementation, so the training wheels are officially off and I just want to make sure I'm setting this up correctly!

We have two separate Subscription MOS - one for box office use (Subscription) and one for TNEW (Web Subscription). We put most of our rollovers into the Web Subscription MOS so that they are accessible through TNEW. We give our box office staff access to that Web Subscription MOS so that they're able to access all rollovers through Tessitura in case anyone calls to renew. There are some rollovers that we do not want accessible online (for example, if we're making any changes to our packages, so we want certain patrons to call us for more info) which is why we have keep our MOS separate.
