We want to be able to sell discounted tickets online for one of our performances to our season ticket holders, however, we would like to avoid using a promo code. Does anyone have any information on how we'd be able to do this? It would be ideal if once the season ticket holder logs-in to our website, the system would be able to recognize them as a season ticket holder, and the discounted price would then become available for the performance.

We have done something similar before by setting a ranking for each of the customers then using TR_WEB_Ranking to automatically move them to a different MOS.
You can then associate the discount price_type with that MOS.
However, if you also want them to be able to buy the other performances online at the same time you will also need to add that MOS to all relevant performances and associate your other standard price_types to this new MOS.
