I have created 14 separate Performances in one Production. I've now been told that each one needs to be a separate production. Is there any way to make that magic happen, or do I have to start over from scratch?

If you or someone else at your organization has access to the database and SQL skills, that can be fixed. If not, then you will have to recreate the performances from scratch.

I have a pretty solid level of documentation on this that I would be happy to send you if you give me your e-mail address.
That said, assuming you have just built these events and they have not gone on sale yet, it is pretty basic. There are a number of things to consider if tickets have already been issued, but, like I said, as long as it is sort of the situation of you built it and then just realized/were told that they need to be in their own production seasons, all you really need to do is to update the T_PERF table with the new prod_season_nos for each new production season you create.
