I work for Historic Hudson Valley in NY, and this is our first year using Tessitura.
One of my jobs is to book school programs at four of our sites. We are in need of a good report to show the detail of how many students, chaperons, etc. are coming, or have visited. The closest report is Attendance by Performance report, but it will only report on number of paid. Also, there is no breakdown. I've searched through numerous reports but nothing else comes close.
Any suggestions?

If you are on Tessitura V15. Have you considered using Tessitura Analytics tickets and seats e-cube?
The questions I would have is how do you show the difference between Students and Chaperons in your system. Are you using different price types or price type groups to make it clear about these differences?
Hi! We are at V15, and need to upgrade to the latest version of it soon. I've heard great things about Analytics but have not yet had a chance to look at it. I haven't heard of e-cube. Yes, a price type for students, chaperons, and extra chaperons.
The data sets in Tessitura Analytics are called Elastic Cubes (e-cubes).
Base on what I've heard from you so far. I would expect that you can create a dashboard using Tessitura Analytic. The Tickets and Seats (elastic cube) has the kind of information you would need for reporting this data. As long as you are OK using data from early each morning. Tessitura Analytics is not able to report on same day of data. Because it refreshes once a day.
Here at LSC we are able to do the type of reporting you are describing using Tessitura Analytics.
