Linking Packages with Offers?

Hi all-

We're trying to create an offer/promo code to use on the website to get a percentage off for a full package (fixed or flex), specifically for use on our website (we don't use TNEW unfortunately).

I have been able to link it to the package but have had less success in getting it to work on the website.

Have you done this/seen it done? Would love examples or tips to make the offer available on the website!

    Hi Ashleigh,

    We do use TNEW so this may or may-not be helpful but have you checked that

    1. the Web MOS has the right Price Rule Set (set up in TR_PRICING_RULE_CATEGORY and added in Ticketing Setup/Modes of Sale) and
    2. that the Price Rule is also in the Price Rule Set for the Web

    Does the Price Rule fire in the Tessitura Client using Web MOS?  That's usually my starting point.
