We are working on refreshing the standard operating procedures and policies at our venue, and would love to find folks willing to share what their organization uses. We are a performing arts center that rents to outside producers, and are looking for policies surrounding all aspects of putting on a live production. If you have SOPS for any department you'd be willing to share, I'll be eternally grateful!
I know that we aren't able to share pricing for different services, however, if anyone has any resources for that, or methods for determining cost to outside vendors, I'd be eager to learn about that as well. We are especially looking into pricing for outside producer's subscription processing (season build and mailing - not the actual renewal process beyond entering in info - no customer service essentially), and for marketing for those shows.
