Hi all,
We're in a conscortium environment and occasionally that will mean expected downtimes. One is coming up, 9AM to noon, and we'd like a message on our website indicating that. We can of course find a way to do that through our webmaster, but if there's somewhere I could put that in TNEW that would be great.
Has anyone come up with a solution?

Checkout the documentation for the Maintenance page! https://www.tessituranetwork.com/tn_express_web_user_guide/TNEW.htm#Topics/Pages/Maintenance.htm You can modify the page to contain any details you need to make people aware of (like when to expect the site back up).
And as soon as I hit send I realized you probably want to make people aware beforehand, not just during. I'd probably do a message-only pricing rule that pops up in the cart (or the events page, depending on your site navigation).
