How do I limit how many tickets show up in the dropbox? We have a promo that allows ONE discounted ticket, but out students constantly think they can get more because they see many available... Thoughts? Tricks? Tips?

The seat quantity maximum is editable on the performance level only in the TNEW admin portal. To my knowledge, you can't have this change based on an entered offer. What I would recommend is stating your terms in the promo code message, so when it's entered it stated that they are entitled to one discounted ticket only. This is done in TR_WEB_SOURCE_NO.
