We are looking to utilize Tessitura more when it comes to organizations submitting applications for ticket donations. We are currently able to track the number of tickets and the value of the tickets but are having to manually input the application data manually into a CSI. We are curious about the possibility of using an Aux event but are struggling because we don't want the applications to end up under individual accounts. They need to live on the organization account. Also, if anyone knows how to change the constituent on a CSI that might also be the answer we are looking for.
