Has anyone successfully integrated Gift Cards? We currently use the gift certificate function and that works fine but I want to have cards available at the box office that can be branded and then activated for any amount the patron wants. Any insights into successes or failures would be welcome.

Hi Linda,
We merge the GC data into a word doc that we then print onto branded card stock. We do this from the Gift Certificate Batch Printing utility and it works very well. You can export the output from the utility into an excel doc, and then use those fields merge doc. Hope that helps in some way!
