Has anyone had trouble setting up their BOCA printer on Mac device? It recognizes the device as a printer, but not as a ticketing printer, and therefore will not allow me to select it to print an order.
The only instructions I can find for installing a BOCA printer in Tessitura are for PCs.Grateful for any support.
