We normally do a large mailing to our subscribers providing them their subscription tickets but as we do this just before the beginning of the season our subscribers often go online to our my account and can see the order but do not have the ability to reprint these tickets online. Does anyone offer this capability and if so what restrictions are there? I ask because I believe that Tessitura allows you to only print the entire order but t=in this case we would like for the subscribers to be able to print on the tickets to the specific performance that they need and not the entire order. We also do not want them to be able to print out past performances. We want to offer our subscribers the same functionality that we offer to our single ticket buyers. Curious to find out if anyone does this. Thank you for your time. ---Arthur
Yep, we offer this for singles and subs. We remove the feature for comps, staff, and tickets that require ID's to present and it will only show that >= perf date. Api calls are the same regardless of buyer type.
