I can't find any documentation on this but please point me in the right direction if I have missed it.
I want to refund a fixed package and resell it to someone else without the tickets going on sale to the general public as some of the sessions are sold out.
Can I return a fixed package to a hold (or a flex or a single event ticket)?
Events are GA and we don't have separate MOS for packages.
If it's not possible to return to a hold, what do people do to ensure they are not snapped up by the general public on sold out sessions?

We will add the hold code to the seat prior to returning the tickets.
We do the same as Joel, you can apply a hold to a ticketed seat.
