Hi all,
I'm trying to find a way to have Print At Home Tickets always be an option online despite what the HABO settings are set to.
Currently, our HABO settings are set to 5 days. Having our HABO set to 5 days can really create nightmarish scenarios for my box office staff. In a perfect world, we'd have this set to 0 and hope people realize that we cannot mail tickets one or two days prior to their performance but people just don't work that way.
Does anyone have this type of issue solved or have any ideas?

We always have Print at Home available along with Box Office. Our Mail option disappears at 15 calendar days prior to the concert, so we have our MOS set up as follows:
Box Office - HABO Days is blank
Mail - HABO Days is set to 15
Print at Home - HABO Days is blank
