I'm trying to find a way to have Print At Home Tickets always be an option online despite what the HABO settings are set to.
Currently, our HABO settings are set to 5 days. Having our HABO set to 5 days can really create nightmarish scenarios for my box office staff. In a perfect world, we'd have this set to 0 and hope people realize that we cannot mail tickets one or two days prior to their performance but people just don't work that way.
Does anyone have this type of issue solved or have any ideas?

Hi Chris! I had this same problem when I was at Ballet Arizona. We solved it by editing the HABO days for pah in the TX_MOS_SHIP_METHOD system table to 0. I'm almost positive that worked for us.
