Hi! We are reviewing our Exchange/Refund policy for ticketed Daily Admissions (where you buy a ticket for THAT day) and are curious what's happening out there in the industry. Do you allow for both exchanges & refunds, just an exchange, or neither? Anyone charging a Fee?
We do both refunds and exchanges. No fees. We encourage memberships by using the difference between GA ticket prices and member prices -- exchange GA ticket for member ticket and apply the difference toward a membership.
