We want to start using Group Entry for a large event coming up, but have discovered that Group Entry will attend every item in an order, whether or not it honors the Doors Open and Doors Closed time in the performance. Has anyone run into this and/or have any solutions?

Brandea Turner (Past Member) and I have been discussing this and my impression is that you can mark an amount of the total on the order as ATTENDED, not just the total.

That's my understanding as well. Although we haven't actually tested this yet.
This is true. When you scan an order barcode, Group Entry by Order returns a list of all the events in the order and the number of tickets for each of those events. You can then select which events you want to mark the group attended for, and once you have those selected, edit the number of attendees for each event (it defaults to the full number).
