I have a user group that should have rights to close an open batch, but cannot. They can take ownership of the batch, but the "close" button remains grayed out. I've wandered through Security and have found the Batch Details Windows tab, Batch Reports, and the Conts Batch Posting, but all of the security rights are lined up with those groups who can close someone else's batch.
What have I missed?

This often means there are too many windows open. If you have your users close all their windows then it should trigger the close button to be available. It is a weird quirk.
