Our auditors were needing a gift certificate report, or something that resembles how much money is out there that has not been redeemed. I can't seem to find any report in Tessitura that has something like that. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

There are two gift certificate reports in Tessitura in the Finance folder. One is Gift Certificate Details which gives you details about individual gift certificates. The other is Gift Certificate Listing. That report should give you the details your auditors need. If you don't see the report, you (or whomever has security access) would have to add access to your login group to see the report.
