Our auditors were needing a gift certificate report, or something that resembles how much money is out there that has not been redeemed. I can't seem to find any report in Tessitura that has something like that. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.
Have you tried the Gift Certificate Listing report in the finance folder? That is the closest I have found. Hope that helps.
