Has anyone used auto people counters in their museum galleries? And have you been able to make them integrate with Tessitura? We've been using special access areas to track our visitors through our spaces, but that means that that they have to get scanned every time they move into a different exhibition. I know our marketing department would also love the extra data gleaned by an auto people counter. But our visitor services department wants to keep the data connected to tickets in Tessitura. I don't feel like there would be a way to have an auto counter tie into a ticket, but I wanted to ask and see if anyone had come up with a solution.
