We're currently using a Limited Choice Package for renewable "flex" packages - they are fixed seat packages and therefore renewable but the customer can choose 4 out of 5 performance options. This is working great through the box office, where ticket sellers can simply delete one of the performances from the package in the order, but we haven't found a way to make this work online, so we currently have it available only as the full 5 performances for sale online, and then messaging to call the box office for flexible options.
Does anyone have a creative solution for giving the customers this flexibility online without switching entirely to a "flex package" (as we do need to maintain the rollover/fixed seat elements)? We are on TNEW 7, so TNEW specific solutions appreciated!
