We used the rollover feature for our subscriptions. We have 2 different facilities, therefore, we have sub packages for each facility, combined for a super package. We are only rolling over one of the two sub packages, since the second facility is different this year. If we go into one of the orders created by the sub rollover and manually selected seats for second facility, would the seat cancellation feature still work to for the subscriptions that are not renewed (unpaid)?
We are in the middle of processing subscriptions...and go onsale for single tickets next week!
