Hello,
In honor of our 40th Anniversary we would like to set up the following Pricing Rule: When the Patron puts in the Promo Code, any 2 Tickets = $40.
At present our Ticket Values, across five (5) Productions are:
$35
$25
$20
$15
$5
We are able to set up the Pricing Rule so that for every two (2) $35 Tickets, the adjustment is made to equal $40. But we need to consider all of the possible combinations. Does this mean we need multiple Pricing Rules? Is that even a thing? How can this be achieved?
Thank you!
I haven't tested this, but I wonder if something like the following would work: For any order with at least two seats, set the price for up to two seats to $20, and limit the rule application to two seats. Then just add a requirement for the source that is attached to your promo code.
That way, if the promo code source is active, one seat won't trigger the rule, but if there are two or more seats in the order, two of them will be set to a total of $40, and additional seats beyond those two won't be adjusted. Then you don't have to do anything specific for each of your different price types, since it'll apply the same way regardless of initial price.
