JOB SUMMARY
The Audience Development & Partnerships Manager’s core responsibility is to develop new and repeat business in the form of ticket sales, as well as cultivate relationships with local groups and organizations including:
The Audience Development & Partnerships Manager is a part of the Miami City Ballet Marketing & Communications Department, reporting to the Director of Marketing. As such, the success of this role is integral to the success of ticket revenue goals and will be accountable to meet or exceed group sales goals each year. In addition to close collaboration within the Marketing team, this individual works with the Sales and Box Office teams. On-site hospitality duties are included in scope of work.
This position requires travel between three markets: West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. During subscription season, this role works out of the West Palm Beach office 2-3 days/week and in the holiday season work mainly from the Miami office.
