Hello all. We've always kind of micro managed hold codes and haven't ever really used any automation with Hold codes. I've read the Hold Code document from Tessitura. I can't seem to get the scheduling of hold code expiration to work. I have two questions.
1. Do you have to have end dates set up on hold codes to schedule an expiration with success?
2. To use end dates do you have to use a hold code map?

For hold codes we expire using a scheduled report we do setup holds with and end date, I guess this is required as the report asks for an Expire as of date.
You can set the Expiry date from a hold code map but also directly on the performance seating plan - the block seats holds option allows for relative and absolute settings whereas on the individual seat Hold Codes you set a date/time.
