We're having problems with non-English characters printing correctly on tickets and headers - Spanish accented vowels, German umlauts, etc. It's particularly a problem in patrons' names - we can use the correct characters in Tessitura, so it displays correctly in their account, but when we print ticket headers those characters don't print correctly. Does anyone know the fix for this?
Hi Erin,
Font 13 is the one that should display most special characters when printing on BOCA and PAH tickets. We just started using it on our ticket design this season and it's working well so far.
If you have further questions, feel free to reach out!
Great, I'll try that font and see if that fixes it, thanks!

Hi, Erin -If you're already using Font 13 but are still struggling, try putting a text box with <TRE><TT4> somewhere on the ticket. It won't print anything, but it may resolve your problem. For a greater explanation of what that is and why it works, visit here: https://community.tessituranetwork.com/tessitura_software_forums/f/tessitura_ticketing-0/22431/printing-special-characters-on-boca-tickets/64204#64204C.//X.
