We find that in Gmail the second email with the PAH attachment goes to people's promotions folder. It causes so many extra phones calls and explanation on the part of my staff. We also find that we end up having to reprint at the windows night of show, which of course defeats the purpose. Are we the only one with this issue and if not does anyone have any ideas to help this? Thank you!

We added some wording to our order confirmations: "If you selected Print at Home delivery method, your tickets will arrive as a PDF attachment in a separate email from tickets@TSO.CA." It's not the most ideal solution but it has definitely helped with questions and reprints.
