Lead sheets for AMS telemarketing

I need to pull data into an Excel spreadsheet for AMS to create telemarketing lead sheets from, preferably by lead hierarchy from Extractions that I created.

I can pull the Constituent Data such as name, address, phone, email, etc.. by creating lists from the Extractions and I get the output that I need.

I'm having trouble with the Ticket and Subscription history part of it. I need to pull all history for the past 5 years for each Constituent,  and combine it with the Constituent Data and somehow separate it by this hierarchy.

Is there any report that will pull the constituent data AND ticket/sub history by list??

This is my first year with Tessitura, and we have no custom reports because we do not have info maker on our server.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm only in year 2 on Tessitura so I feel for you! I use Output Sets to build the criteria for our Telesales lead sheets. Generally I add Subscription Season (which will pull all series in their record) and/or Sub Series, No. of seats and the Sub location so telesales knows if they have 'preferred seats'. You can also include donation information (amount and date) if that's useful too.

    Pulling data for Telemarketing vendors like AMS and SD&A is not as simple as one might expect.  I've had some experience with this, and I'd be happy to discuss it with you in detail.
