Groupon processing

Would love insight from any groups leveraging Groupon and easy FAST ways to move those transactions through the line. Our process is a tedious handwritten one that ties up the line. Thank you!

  • Hi Dana, We have moved away from voucher redemption when using Groupon. Instead we get all the patrons names and emails from Groupon along with the number of tickets purchased. We then import them into our system and send all the tickets Print at Home. This has completely removed the need for ticket pick-up with only a handful of people coming to the box office if they have issues with the Print at Home tickets.   • Hi Alan, Super curious... how did you convince Groupon to turn over email addresses of their customers? Which then leads to my next question...do you try and target these guests for future purchases without Groupon? We are supplied with guest names, number of tickets/section of seating and nothing more and everything is will call. Would  love to get our hands on those email addresses though :-)
