Hello there,
My name's Martin, and I'm a Box Office Administrator from Cheltenham Festivals. We're currently uploading performances for our forthcoming Literature Festival in October, where we have numerous events over 10 days occurring across multiple facilities from 9:00AM through to (roughly) 9:00PM each day.
We want to enable Tessitura to automatically release three specific Hold Codes an hour before each of these events, however the Expire Hold Codes utility only appears to work with a specific time entered, whereas we need it to be relative to each performance. We want to avoid having to create a separate scheduled report for each event, as this would result in approx. 900 reports!
If any Tessitura users are (or have been) in a similar situation and have found a process for this I would be grateful to hear from you
