Hi all,
When someone comes to to the box office to purchase tickets, do you offer a visual recap of the order in addition to speaking "you are purchasing 2 ad/2ch tix to this event at this date and time" etc? I'm told it's California consumer law, and it's something we're looking at replicating here. For anyone that does this- do you just turn your computer monitor around, or do you have a second screen that just flashes up the relevant information to the customer?

We have just started using a separate monitor on the wall above my window folks regular computer that is on an adjustable arm. They are a little finicky, and we have mostly GA shows right now, but I'm excited to see where it goes. I'm in Texas FYI.
