Hi,
Would any Australian organisations who are using Ticketek AUS/NZ be willing to share the format that you receive the ticket sales data in please?
Our NZ consortium is trying to improve the format that we currently receive, to make it more user friendly for being able to import the orders into Tessitura. We'd love to know if there are different formats that other organisations are receiving, as we've been told by Ticketek that all the Australians are happy with what they get!
We are currently sent the data in Excel, but it is split across multiple sheets/tabs, with one sheet showing customer details, one sheet showing transaction details, one sheet showing seat details and another sheet showing opt-ins. Some of the sheets have one line per customer and some have one line per seat, which makes it really hard to match them up easily, even with formulas. We also only receive the data after the performances have finished.
If you do use Ticketek and you would be happy to share how you receive your data, I'd love to hear from you please!
Many thanks,
Alison

Hi Alison,
We give Ticketek allocations but haven't got data imports up and running yet. We are working on that but would only be looking at post-event imports (so one data file per season/performance). I'll email you a sample of test data we've been given by Ticketek here in WA - just please note though work in progress as I said and not actively used by us yet. It is on one sheet though.
