Hi everyone,
We are trying to add a performance to Quicksale (it's actually a pass built as a performance), and the prices are not coming up in Quicksale only.
They are new Price Types, but I have checked all accesses, MOS etc and can't seem to find anything odd.
The performance can be added in the order window by adding the code or adding from the Product Catalogue.
All other performances in the season have worked fine in Quicksale.
Is there anything I am missing?

Hi Pauline - have you added the new price types to the Sales Layout - under define price types?
Hi Jo, thanks for your response! I have read a similar thread, unfortunately Define Price Types is greyed out for me. Would you know where I could allow access to this button? Thanks!
Define price types will only be available on primary sales layouts - indicated with a yellow start beside them - you need to add the price types to that one
