We have an upcoming show where the promoter needs specific information in emailed reports. I was able to add in the other requests, but cannot figure out how to get Order Delivery method as an output element. Has anyone else been able to add this as an element? Or if it is under a different name in the output elements, just point me in the right direction. Thanks so much!!

I'm thinking perhaps a report would be better. Otherwise, you'll have to filter the output element to a specific order or risk multiple rows being returned for constituents who've had orders with different delivery methods. I didn't see delivery method as an element either so I'm guessing that's why.
The standard Single Sale Order Listing report includes the Delivery Method and can be run against a list. If the format doesn't work for the promoter, you could always use it as 1) a starting point for a custom report; or 2) do an export to CSV and create a layout in Excel that works for the promoter.
