I have created two new Modes of Sale
1. A new manager MOS that I have given web user access to that I can unlock with a source code on TNEW
2. A new member MOS that is connected to a web ranking and also has web user access on
Both of these MOS appear to be triggering when tested, but when I attempt to access a performance from the event calendar the error message below is thrown

I'm sure I'm missing something very simple, but I can't locate the missing piece in the help docs. Please help!
I assume you've tried booking them using that MOS in the client in Ticket Orders.
Also if you log into the client using that user group you can test that MOS.
Assumed that you've cleared the cache etc.

If you are TNEWv7 Price Type Display in cart is controlled in the Admin Portal > Product Type Editor > Performance > [Perf Type] > Event Cart

I just wanted to update this post with the solution. It was a very simple fix, as I suspected :) When I created the new MOS I did not select a default price type when I associated the price types with the MOS. I missed the little check box!
