Is it possible to manually unlock a ticket that is locked (in purple) that someone is trying to book online?
If a customer tries to book a ticket online then exits the website, their purple-held seats lock in place for about 45 minutes, following some changes on our website. Is there any way for us to override this and remove the purple lock, freeing them up for sale?

I also have a report that does that trick that can be loaded into Tessitura which allows Box Office, etc... staff to be able to do this. I could SWEAR that I added it to the shared reports workspace; in fact, I have all the files associated with adding it to that workspace, but I cannot find it on there right now.
You still need an IT Admin to load the custom report, but once that is done, you can grant access to any number of users and, aside from making sure that they are not unlocking seats that someone is trying to buy online, there should be no issues with it at all.
