Is it possible to manually unlock a ticket that is locked (in purple) that someone is trying to book online?
If a customer tries to book a ticket online then exits the website, their purple-held seats lock in place for about 45 minutes, following some changes on our website. Is there any way for us to override this and remove the purple lock, freeing them up for sale?

Hi Adam,
You sure can. right click on the purple seat and select 'database seat no'. Make a note of the 'locked by' number. In SSMS (you might need an IT Admin to do), execute TP_CLEANUP_CONNECTION ### (where ### is the locked by number)!
