After some general advice from something we have never done before.
Is it possible to have more than one facility attached to the same production season?
As in for the first 6 weeks the performances will be at this venue - for the last 4 they will be at another?
In the past we have always build this as 2 separate seasons but have had a request from on high to investigate what is possible.
Just wanting to check if there is anything in our current performance build process that we could change to achieve this or whether there are too many obstacles to overcome.

Hi Louise,
We do a program each year that is in two separate facilities, that I have always setup with just one production season. I haven't had any problems with it! We build the production season, then one event in the first facility and copy each performance in that facility. We then build the first event in the second facility and copy each performance in that facility. It seems like overall it makes reporting easier, because you can pull just one production season.

We have done the same thing as Liz. It makes running reports so much easier to have one Prod Season and one Season.
