Our subscription renewals went out late and our ED has just asked that people who have not renewed yet be dropped from the first show of the season (in July) so that the seats can be sold to STB, but placed into a fixed seat sub for the remaining shows of the season with their same seats so that our Telemarketing team can continue making calls.
Is there a way to do a rollover from the 7-Play to the 6-Play for just these un-renewed subscribers?
I am hoping you guys can help me so that I can do this faster than a trial and error testing situation since it needs to happen fast.

Sure, you can absolutely roll them over into a new package. Here are the steps I would take if I had to do this -
1) Build the new 6 play package.
2) Create a list of the unrenewed subscribers.
3) Run seat cancellation on the 7 play package. Make sure all of the seats have been released after you run the cancellation (I sometimes have lingering rollover orders that aren't caught in the cancellation).
4) Run rollover for the new 6 play package, using the list you created as a filter. That will limit the rollover only to the unrenewed subscribers. Use last year's season and package as your source, just as you did with the original rollover. If you want to keep the same order numbers, then set the "Add to Orders Created After" field to a date prior to the last rollover.
I think that's all there is to it?
