We have a membership level that includes the ability to retain the same seats year after year. It's not attached to a subscription is any true sense, no fixed seat subs. Does anyone out there offer "fixed" Flex Packs and they have to manually roll them over each year? What are your best practice tips?
It's a relatively small group of people; 30-40 and we have about 22 perfs in the season. I imagine that I could open a seated unpaid order for every member, securing their seats for every perf, and as they place their order remove the shows they don't want. Or I could create a hold template. Or I could do both!
We will be assigning new seats to new members and reserving old seats for old members, and you can imagine how hard this might be to keep track of. I'm also concerned about reporting. I suppose I could treat them as subscribers in the system although we don't use that term anymore it might be best for reporting.
I have a tendency to make things way more complicated than they need to be, so if anyone has any tips, that would be great!
