Promo not applying to performance within a package

Hello-

We recently upgraded to TNEW7 and began selling a GA + special exhibition package alongside our normal GA tickets. Prior to upgrading and selling packages, we had a online discount that applied to GA tickets in the cart using a source code connected to that discount. 

Now that we are selling packages, the discount will not apply the the GA performance within the package and  promo codes also do not work on package sales. 

More details:

  • The discount (and other promo codes) is still working normally on the GA performance when purchased alone
  • The GA performance listed above is the same performance included in the package
  • All applicable discounts can still be applied to the package in the client without issue

Are we missing something somewhere? Any help would be appreciated!
