Hamilton Customer Service: Resolving Day-of-Show Issues

For those who have had Hamilton: What were the most common day-of-show patron issues, and what were your strategies for responding/resolving? Obviously with every seat sold most of our typical strategies for resolving problems won’t be available to us.

Anything is appreciated, from Will Call ID requirement issues to if some kid in the balcony throws up on the row in front of him!
