Not sure if you all are on v15 (or what your upgrade timetable looks like), but Analytics has some great functionality to visualize your order data based on either Solicitor or who created the individual Order.
We beta tested Analytics last summer and have had it in our LIVE database since last November, and we've found it to be a great replacement for custom reporting needs on a lot of projects/questions like this one.
