I was trying to trawl through the documentation to no avail on this, so perhaps one of you will have an idea.
One of my colleagues needs to put an email address on the ticket and the '@' sign comes up as the '§' (section) sign. We're using the UK English keyboard inputs and Tessitura 8.0.0.1.
Is there a list of mappings between ASCII inputs and the actual Generic printer driver BOCA output?

Usually you need to use either font 13 or maybe 8 and set the font selection in the printer properties to Multilingual - Latin 1 (850) to print symbols correctly.I'd first check to see if this is the issue. I don't know what all would be different using the UK English keyboard though.

Meanwhile, using a .pcx graphic 'logo' to circumvent this is a fairly simple solution which we've been using.
I tinkered a bit with it and found a solution. It's sufficient to change the font of the field we want to use the '@' symbol in to Font-13 (20x40) and it prints jsut fine! (Other fonts not tested, but likely to work as well)
Hi there. We have a similar situation where we are trying to print an apostrophe and we are getting different character. When we changed it to Latin, we ended up with a period. We are using Font 13. We have also looked in the FGL manual and I don't understand how to download or even send direct commands to the BOCA. Have you had any problems with other characters besides the @?
Are you using an alt-code? I think apostrophes should print normally without using an alt-code.
