Lost to discount in Season Overview

I am looking to confirm some assumptions but can't find any documentation.  What amount is being counted in the Season Overview in the Lost to Discount column?  Is it just looking at tickets in the discount category versus the standard category or does the Season Overview look at base price and the difference of every price from the base price gets counted?  Or where can I go to actually look at the code and figure this out for myself?  I just want to make sure I know what I'm talking about before I report to the higher ups.

Thanks,

  • That would be the result of this equation:

[base price] – [actual price] = [lost to discount]

The Amount column is based only on Ticket Price (price-category of 1).

  • Thank you, that is along the lines of my assumptions.
