To those of you who have had Hamilton: did you charge processing/order/handling fees for in-person sales? If so, is that a break from the norm or standard policy for in-person sales? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Eli,In my last job at the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust which had 4 weeks of Hamilton back in January, we did not charge fees in person either. This is standard with all of our other shows too. However, we did increase our per ticket phone and internet fee for Hamilton and it was higher than fees we have charged in the past for other blockbusters.Kari
